Premises for banking activities

In accordance with Article 30(1) point 1(b) of the Banking Law, the establishment of a bank may take place if the bank has been provided with premises with appropriate technical equipment, which properly protects the funds and valuables stored at the bank, considering the scope and type of its banking activities. This applies, in particular, to the premises of the bank’s central office and organisational units (branches, subsidiaries, agencies, payment centres, etc.), and bank vaults, rooms for cash service, front office, etc.
