Taking into account that Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego has succeeded to the rights and obligations of its legal predecessors (i.e. Komisja Papierów Wartościowych i Giełd, Komisja Nadzoru Ubezpieczeń i Funduszy Emerytalnych and Komisja Nadzoru Bankowego), as well as the legal succession of the foreign supervisory authorities that are parties to the relevant agreements, the agreements concluded by those authorities shall remain in force and effect.
