Customer Protection on Financial Services Market

In Poland, there are numerous institutions authorised to take action with regard to irregularities  in the activity of financial service providers reported by the customers of such entities. However, these institutions are not obliged to manage each individual case, but, having analysed the reported problem, they take decision to take action according to their competence.
Please bear in mind that there are corresponding institutions set out in other EU Member States that are competent to resolve reported irregularities within their scope of supervision.
