The National Working Group for benchmark reform (NWG) would like to invite stakeholders and financial market participants to review and submit comments on the NWG’s proposals for recommendations on the rules and methods of applying the WIRON interest rate index (or indices from the WIRON Compound Indices Family) when entering into new contracts in PLN for factoring products (excluding discounting products) for benchmark-based products offered by financial market entities, and on the methods of applying the WIRON interest rate index (or indices from the WIRON Compound Indices Family) when entering into new contracts in PLN for leasing products for benchmark-based products in PLN offered by financial market entities.

The consultation will run until 23 February 2023. Comments on the recommendations should be sent to: konsultacjengr@knf.gov.pl.
