The National Working Group on Benchmark Reform invites stakeholders and participants in the financial market to review the draft recommendation on the application of the replacement rate for the WIBOR reference index in floating rate debt securities, as well as the approach to servicing existing issuances whose interest calculations reference WIBOR.

The consultation will remain open until 3 April 2026.
