Public consultation on the National Working Group project recommendation on he principles and methods for replacing WIBOR/WIBID reference rates (business client)

The National Working Group for benchmark reform would like to invite stakeholders and financial market participants to review and submit comments on the recommendation regarding the principles and methods for replacing WIBOR/WIBID reference rates with the POLSTR reference rate (or rates from the POLSTR Compound Index Family) for the existing portfolio of products in PLN for financial market entities (business client).

The consultation will run until 23 December 2025.
