The document provides recommendations and guidelines to help organizations enhance the resilience of their IT systems against ransomware attacks. In the event of such incidents, it advises on appropriate actions to mitigate the consequences. 

Every organization should conduct a risk analysis regarding ransomware attacks against its IT infrastructure. Based on the results, they should develop appropriate processes and procedures and select suitable tools and technical solutions to minimize the risk of a ransomware incident.
