Signature of the letter of intent between the UKNF and the 18th Capital Territorial Defence Brigade
On 29 September 2026, Jacek Jastrzębski, Chair of the KNF, and Marta Perycz, Director General of the UKNF, and Commander of the 18th Capital Territorial Defence Brigade, colonel Mirosław Tołodziecki, acting on behalf of the 18th Capital Territorial Defence Brigade, signed a letter of intent between Urząd Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego and the 18th Capital Territorial Defence Brigade.
The letter of intent defines the rules of cooperation between the signatories, to be implemented through:
- organising and conducting joint training activities, in particular lectures, conferences, seminars, and exercises,
- consultations, ongoing exchange of experience and good practices, and joint information activities,
- exchange of data directly affecting strategic planning, security, and proper functioning of both institutions.
The arrangement will enable cooperation based on the coordination of educational and training initiatives, exchange of information and experience, as well as building partnership in the areas related to defence and security.
The letter was signed on the occasion of the safety training carried out as part of ‘wGotowości’ programme run by the soldiers of the 18th Capital Territorial Defence Brigade for the management of the UKNF.
