The tabs below contain detailed information for Authors submitting scientific texts for publication, and information for Reviewers. 

Please read this information as it will help you to properly prepare the text, in accordance with formal and editorial requirements. 

1. The Editorial Team accepts original scientific texts which have not been published before and which relate to the financial market, including financial market supervision. The journal will include in particular scientific articles, glosses, reviews, and scientific research communications.

2. The received texts are pre-checked for originality of the topic, scientific value, and alignment with the journal’s profile.

3. The Editorial Team does not return the sent texts. 

4. The texts which have been pre-approved for publication are checked with the use of anti-plagiarism software. 

5. The texts which are to be published, apart from scientific research communications, resolutions of the KNF Board and positions of the KNF Board and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, are subject to two independent reviews by two external Reviewers, in accordance with the adopted review procedure.

6. The Editorial Team requires the Authors to observe the rules of ethics and scientific rigour, in accordance with the adopted Rules for publication ethics. Please bear in mind that the following practices will be treated as scientific misconduct:

1) ghostwriting – which occurs when someone who made an essential contribution to the creation of the publication does not disclose their participation as one of the Authors or their role is not mentioned in any other manner
2) guest authorship – which occurs when the Author made a negligible contribution or no contribution at all but they are still mentioned as an Author or co-author

7. The submitted text shall be accompanied by a completed submission form including the required statements, according to the provided template. 

8. Submitting a scientific text is not subject to remuneration. Moreover, the Author does not bear any costs related to checking the text with the use of anti-plagiarism software, preparing its review or correcting the text on the scientific and stylistic level.

9. The Authors shall receive remuneration for published texts.

10. The text shall comply with the formal and editorial requirements. 

11. The text shall be submitted electronically to: redakcja@knf.gov.pl.
