On Wednesday, May 4, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine (NSSMC) which met with Rafał Mikusiński, Deputy Chair of the KNF Board. 

The Ukrainian delegation was headed by Mr. Ruslan Magomedov, Chairman of the NSSMC. The meeting focused on the current challenges of the capital market, especially in light of the Russian aggression on Ukraine. A memorandum of understanding on cooperation and exchange of information was signed between the two Authorities with the purpose of strengthening the cooperation between our Authorities, enhancing investor protection and transparency of the capital market.
